Sweet Grass
(Hierochloe odorata)

An aromatic perennial grass considered sacred by Native Americans. It is dried and braided to burn in sacred ceremonies. Can be braided into basket which benefit from it’s vanilla fragrance. Harvest by cutting in late summer. Grows quickly once established and can be aggressive.
